In this very strategic oriented role you’ll define, promote and deploy Sales and Operations Planning S&OP best practices within the global organisation and lead the transformation of processes from S&OP to IBP Integrated Business Planning in strong cooperation with internal finance leaders. Major tasks are preparation, monitoring and animation divisional executive S&OP for the assigned division as well as to clarify, assess and support the implementation of local pre-S&OP, all S&OP sub processes, supply planning and demand planning. Furthermore you’ll Integrate S&OP activities in budget processes and will integrate finance team with S&OP key tasks and drive alignment about objectives, input and output of S&OP sub-processes with demand planning and supply planning owners. You’ll also define user requirements and support the development of Information Technology tools related to forecasting activities (SO99/DCH/ SAP/Other ERPs) and related reporting, In addition you’ll reports to operation leaders about forecasting, key trends and will be part of quarterly inventory review with group and division executives. As an expert you’ll train and coach internal decision-makers about S&OP matters, support on-going improvement projects as active project team member (e.g. BI/BW business intelligence, business warehousing projects) and furthermore promote HSE best practices. In this position you’ll report directly to the Global Head SCM.
