For this challenging position we are looking for a Scientist or Engineer with experience in semiconductor lasers or wafer processing and/or optics with some experience in Product Engineering, product management or project management to successfully assume technical leadership embracing a broad view of all aspects of your product portfolio. Ideally, you are familiar with techniques of data acquisitions as well as with statistical methods for analysis of process, test, and reliability data. In addition to your good communication skills and analytical abilities, you are known to be a very reliable team player and self-driven individual with a hands-on mentality, methodical approach and the ability to strongly prioritize issues. We expect a university degree (MSc / PhD) in photonics, laser technology, optical engineering, electronic engineering, or applied physics. English is a must. Good German skills are of a huge advantage.
